An ongoing ministry of encouragment to the people of Honduras

Statement of Faith & Purpose

(As established by the National Evangelicals, unless otherwise indicated with an *).
-We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
-We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His Virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection,   in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the infilling and present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is then enabled to live a godly life.*
- We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Cristo Salva is a “Ministry of Encouragement” whose purpose is to continue the work Jesus began during His life on earth when He went about healing the sick, feeding the hungry, opening the eyes of the blind and preaching the gospel of the kingdom to the Nations.
The vision of Cristo Salva “Ministry of Encouragement” includes:
- Feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, praying for the sick and presenting the message of the gospel to any and all who would listen.
-  Equipping and sponsoring Christians to reach the unreached in other lands and cultures with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Equipping and sending short-term missionaries to learn about and encourage other believers.
Bringing an awareness of the body of Christ in other lands and cultures by providing opportunities to witness, share and fellowship with other believers.
Establishing and maintaining fellowship with other Christians.
Mobilizing Christians to catch a world vision and to obey the Great Commission.
