Thank you for your interest in serving on the field with Cristo Salva. Please type the required information into the boxes below, use the TAB button to advance to the next Box then click the Submit Button once. Applications should be recieved as early as possible.

You will receive a verification email and once your application is processed you will recieve confirmation email. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon confirmation along with additional forms that will be included in a confirmation email. Please do not assume you are confirmed for a trip until you receive an email indicating that you have been confirmed. The remainder of the team fee is due 60 days prior to departure.

You must be a minimum of 16 years old prior to departure. You also must attend church regularly and submit a pastoral reference below.
